The 2025 Pan American Weightlifting Championships (PAWC) run from Jul. 13 to 18 in Cali, Colombia.
- Remind Me: This year's event is one of the first major international competitions since the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) established their new weight classes in June, clearing the way for a new batch of world records.
How to watch: We have lots of new and exclusive content on WLHOUSE TV, but aren't streaming this year's PAWC. You can find a live stream on the federation's YouTube.
