Returns policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at support@weightliftinghouse.com. We will provide instructions on where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

  • Returns must be shipped to the country your order was dispatched from. Check the shipping origin before purchase here.

  • Use a trackable shipping service and provide proof of postage to protect against lost packages.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.

  • Returned in all original packaging:

    • For equipment, this is the fabric bag and the clear plastic bag with product SKU and barcode.

    • For clothing, this is the branded ziplock bag with barcode.

Non-Returnable Items - Gift cards are non-refundable


‘Rest Of World’ Returns

ROW is everywhere outside of the UK, EU and USA. 

  • Switzerland & Norway: Returns must be sent to the UK unless your order was shipped from Germany or the Netherlands—in which case, return it there.

  • Australia & Canada: All returns must be sent to the UK.

  • Manually placed orders via customer service: Must be returned to the UK, unless stated.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.


Exchanges

  • We only process exchanges for the same product in a different color or size, subject to stock availability.

  • Once we approve the return and issue a return label, we require proof of postage before sending out the replacement.

  • If you need the exchange item quickly, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a refund for the original purchase.

3for2 Deals

  • If returning the free item, no refund will be issued.

  • If returning one of the paid items, your refund will be adjusted to deduct the value of the free product.

  • If an exchange is not possible due to lack of stock, the refund policies above apply.

Refunds

Once we receive proof of postage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. If no proof is sent, your refund will be approved once the warehouse processes it.

  • Please allow up to 10 days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
