The cost of shipping is currently a flat rate of €15.
Where will my order ship from?
Your entire order will ship from the UK, with Royal Mail. This is subject to change, so please check back before placing future orders, for the most up to date information.
How long will my order take to arrive?
This varies, often based on factors outside of our control like customs delays, but expect 5-14 working days.
Will I receive multiple packages?
This is highly unlikely, as your whole order will ship from our UK warehouse. If you have any concerns about receiving multiple packages please reach out to us before ordering.
Will I be charged any fees at customs?
Currently your order will ship from the UK. Please check if you are likely to be charged import fees before purchasing. We will not cover any customs fees.
Australia
Most of our Australia orders are now fulfilled by our UK warehouse. Please be aware this will affect shipping times and means any returns (eg, for wrong size) will need to be sent to the UK. We do not cover the cost for returns.
Shipping costs:
Shipping cost is now weight based for Australia. These prices range from $7.50 to $30 and will be displayed to you at checkout.

Canada
Due to the current delays, we are shipping with TNT for the foreseeable future. This increases shipping costs but means your order should not get stuck anywhere.
Most of our Canada orders are now fulfilled by our UK warehouse. Please be aware this will affect shipping times and means any returns (eg, for wrong size) will need to be sent to the UK. We do not cover the cost for returns.

Shipping cost is now weight based for Canada. These prices range from $28.85 to $38.51 and will be displayed to you at checkout. Prices are high whilst we ship with TNT, but will reduce when we are confident we can switch back to Royal Mail.

How do I change the delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible, this gives us the best chance to fix it. Our orders often dispatch very quickly, so this is not always possible. Please double check your order details before purchasing.
I don't have any tracking for one or more of my items, where are they?
They should still be on the way! Sometimes tracking emails get lost in spam. Please check your spam before contacting us. You can also login to your account on our website to check for order tracking. If you still can't find your tracking, don't worry! Reach out and we'll find it.
My tracking has stopped updating, is returning to sender, or requires action - what should I do?
