In 2016, founder Seb Ostrowicz—known as the world’s biggest weightlifting fan—noticed a problem: genuine access to the athletes and the sport was missing. Determined to change that, Seb began interviewing hundreds of athletes and coaches, writing articles and books, and traveling the globe to film weightlifters in action. His passion helped bring the sport closer to those who, like him, craved a deeper connection.
That same spirit continues to drive WLHOUSE today.
