I have 4 WH shirts, all are premium quality. I was really surprised by how good they are, they stretch. Even the KNasar T-shirt had stretch material. It's psychological but, wearing them in the gym brings out more confidence. I am glad I found WH and will continue to buy their products.
I've tried many different brands of lifting tape. This one far exceeds all the competition. What I love most is that there is no sticky residue left behind once taken off. I also like how wide it is- which saves an extra wrap each time I use it. I highly recommend this tape.

Love these straps, you feel locked in and strong around the bar. They're the perfect lifting strap length and they fit perfectly in your hand without any excess strap hanging down.
The straps look great and are the best straps I've used. They're nicer than cheap plastic feeling straps and less bulky than powerlifting straps. Fair price for nice equipment.
Perfect for warm up and also perfect for grabbing a coffee before training too :)
Got the blue belt. It is very comfortable and good quality. I measured around 79cm waist and got the Small. I think I could have gone for Medium, then the Neoprene part would have reached further on the abs. Now most of the abdomen is covered by the strap. It is fine to use but had I tested both I would have preferred the M most likely. On the plus side the S also fits my partner so we can share the belt. The metal buckle is nice but I have some trouble opening and tightening it, might be because of the smallish size. Would maybe have liked to see some pictures of the belt worn by some models with their sizes indicated. Would have helped my choice. All in all great and comfy belt and would buy again if needed. Love the case, but the zipper is a bit stiff, might need to oil it slightly.
As a Masters Weight lifter, I have always struggled to find a quality wrist wrap.
Well no longer these are tough, comfortable once broken in which doesn't take long. Great support in anything over head also quick to put on and take off.
Also small enough so you dont look like you are boxing or have just left A and E.
Gave this to my fiancé for Christmas after he saw it on several athletes in a weightlifting house YouTube video. It looks really good on him! I did size up because as much as he liked the shirt I know he doesn’t really wear anything that is truly compression. He liked that it was still tight while being a little loose around his torso and sleeves. Seems like it is good quality as well!

Its robust and hard but it really holds your knee on place. Since I used it my knee pain is a lot smaller and would advise for anybody that prefers more robust style but garante qualitty and durability.
Definately dry it after every training.
Good range off motion and good strenth off the material. I'm satisfied.

I bought a pair of O*** ones a while ago and I have to say, they are no way near as good as these. Not only were they twice the price, but they also went rusty after only a few wears and the quality of finish is not even close to these. All I can say is 10/10 WLH for an exceptional product and proving that price doesn’t always reflect quality, as yours are far superior at a decent cost.
I’ve bought 2 pairs of these (currently on my second pair) and they’ve been the best ones I’ve ever worn! I bought about 10 pairs of SBD knee sleeves and they all ripped in the same amount of time that I’d worn the first pair of these WL house knee sleeves. Very high quality and look great!
Nice wraps overall, velcro straps seem to be nice quality too which is a good thing. A bit too stiff for my liking but I can live with that.
I was considering this vs a similar Eleiko belt and went with WH since it was cheaper. So far I'm very happy with it, the buckle is really a game changer after years of using regular velcro belts.
Sizing chart looks to be correct as I went with size L and it fits exactly as I expected.
Got these as a gift from my girlfriend and after a couple training sessions I'm leaning towards disliking them and swapping for a different brand mainly due to two reasons:
- sizing: measured my knee as suggested in the sizing chart chart and ordered size L as the measurements were much closer to L than to M but they turned out to be super loose on me, maybe not to the point of being totally unusable but still far from what I'm used to with Hookgrips 5mm sleeves in size M/L that fit me like a glove. Maybe consider adding in-between sizes?
- QC: I'm pretty sure one sleeve is slightly larger than the other. Not a big deal but I've never had issues like that when using other brands.
The compression t-shirt is truly remarkable, when wearing it you get to flex your body while lifting heavy barbells, one of a kind!
