I've tried loads of weightlifting tape and without reservation this is best I have found & used. The fact its wider than most others is a huge plus - it has the right stickiness while also being able to get it off effectively when done with session. Its my go-to product from now on AND the colour range is great!
Very cool retro style, while also keeping you warm. Has a nice smooth material on the outside, and a nice fleece feel to the inside. The pockets also have zippers, which is a nice touch, so no worries about things falling out. Has a nice cut to the jacket, but may be a bit tight on more muscular wearers near the shoulders and chest. Overall, a very nice jacket that I would recommend!
Quality supportive wraps! Definitely worth the price. No problems with performance, however, there is a odor as mentioned in other reviews. I don’t particularly mind it but some may find it unpleasant.
Gets the taping job done at a good price. Will continue to use.
Thumb tape is just super handy to have. This had been my favorite out of all I have used so far. And I will be sticking with it.
Great wraps that allow flexibility and support. Down and dirty of what I liked and didn't like.
Pros:
- Color and build is great.
- Stretchy but not super elastic.
- Velcro is strong.
- Great support for my wrist. I got some bone spurs so it does a great job of keeping my wrist supporting and not causing a lot of pain.
- Great customer support. They sent me a new pair because I couldn't get rid of the smell.
Cons:
- Smell. Factory glue, cigarette, body odor smell all in one. I washed them, didn't work. Soaked them in some citrus detergent then washed them... didn't work. Soaked them in vinegar then washed them with baking soda. Got a majority of the smell out. but it's still there if you get close.
- Velcro, while strong I think having it flipped would work better. You can't roll up the wraps with out catching the fabric kind of pulling out "threads". I think hook part should be where the fuzzy part is and fuzzy part should be on the teal part of wrap where the hooks are.
- Visual. The hook and loops are different sizes? Maybe just mine.
Most of the cons are not performance of the wraps. They are mainly "cosmetic". I would still recommend these. 4/5 Stars b/c The pair I got smelled bad.
They have a strong chemical odor that hasn't gone away after 8 uses. Don't get me wrong, the odor doesn't get in the way of training and they are super comfortable but when you first use em you notice the plastic chemical smell. I forget after the first time taking it out of the bag to train tho.
Super nice sleeves, very comfortable and just keep knees warm but not hot and sticky, the material they use helps the sleeves not slide around.
Really impressed with the quality of the WH garments throughout the 90s collection! They look great and they are incredibly well made, too.
Super comfortable and sticky. Doesn’t slide
I am used to the Ironmind sew-easy straps. These are very different from those. The width of the portion of the straps in contact with the bar did not provide a secure grip in my opinion. Also, I wish the leather didn't have a suede-like feel, as this also may have contributed to the unsecure feel.
Most supportive and flexible knee sleeves out there!
The shirt has a very good quality and its oversize but the neck ajust very good
Arrived really quickly and a great set of lifting straps a significant improvement on my old worn out pair.
Nice, solid support for heavy squats and cleans. However after less than one year of use (used on average 2x a week) the stitching has started to give up. My SBDs that I had previously lasted 5 times as long before any such defect.
This is tape. Not much to say really. But it is pretty good tape.
This is basically like wrapping your wrist with a dauer bandage. I have iffy wrists but try to lift with the minimum required amount of support, so these are perfect for me. They dont impact wrist range of motion or mess with my grip in any way.
This belt gives good support while being flexible enough to not block any lumbar extension at the bottom of squats. Also pretty swag.
