Returns policy

*Australia, Canada, Norway and Switzerland customers may be required to send returns to the UK. When purchasing it is best to assume you will need to pay the return cost to the UK - please check with us before purchasing if you are unsure.

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is extended for orders purchased in November - you have until the 13th January to request an exchange or return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. This includes the plastic packaging with barcode and SKU (or tag on bag for neoprene belts).

We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package (we do not cover the cost of return postage). For customers in Australia, Canada, Switzerland and Norway, you may be required to post your return to the UK. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The cheapest trackable service is always recommended, incase the item gets delayed or lost. We also require proof of postage, which also protects you if the item is lost.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on gift cards. They are non-refundable. 


Exchanges

If the item is in the stock, we will be able to arrange an exchange for you. Once we have agreed the return and sent you the return label, we require proof of postage before sending out the exchange.

If you require the item quickly, we suggest you purchase the new item separately and request a return and refund for the original order.


Refunds

Once we have photos of your item in new condition and proof of postage, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
