Several countries held their weightlifting National Championships over the last few weeks.
Why we’re watching: While not as competitive as IWF events, many countries’ best athletes show up to their own Nationals to hit some big lifts or start a comeback.
Some countries don’t provide publicly available results books. Here are the ones we could find, plus some standout performances.
Note that certain nations have already adopted the sport’s new weight classes, which officially take effect on August 1.
