KARLOS NASAR X WLHOUSE
I Win, You Lose - Accessory Range
Designed by Olympic Champion Karlos Nasar, made by WLHOUSE, with one purpose: to help set world records.
Over the past year we've worked closely with Karlos Nasar to design the accessories he needs to break world records. Through extensive feedback and countless tests, we’ve created a collection that reflects Karlos' exact needs. Some items are meticulously crafted from the ground up, while others are updated versions of existing WLHOUSE products, each carrying Karlos' personal signature of approval (some literally). All are backed by the greatest weightlifter of our generation.
Etched into his skin and into some of his products is the phrase, ‘I Win, You Lose’.
These are the accessories that support Karlos Nasar in his relentless pursuit of becoming the greatest weightlifter of all time - and now, they're available to you.

Nasar 7mm Knee Sleeves
The Nasar 7mm Knee Sleeves have undergone more iterations than any other product in the collection. Karlos set his first world record in our knee sleeves at the European Championships in 2023 - but we knew they could be better. After that milestone, Karlos worked with us to test countless variations, dialing in the perfect fit and functionality for his needs.
Karlos needed knee sleeves that would provide the support and warmth of a 7mm sleeve but with more flexibility to maintain full mobility during his intense training sessions. He wanted a sleeve that would stay in place through long training hours without needing constant adjustments in between sets. We listened to his feedback, making small tweaks to the fabrics and cuts until we arrived at his perfect balance.
These knee sleeves are the result of countless tests and refinements, and they’ve been an integral part of Karlos’ training and world-record setting journey. Now, they’re available for you to experience the same level of performance that has helped Karlos achieve greatness.

Nasar Soft Leather Belt
Karlos Nasar’s journey to finding the perfect weightlifting belt was one of trial and discovery. When we first began designing a new leather belt for Karlos, we focused purely on strength and durability—expecting him to want a belt focused on withstanding the heaviest lifts. However, Karlos kept returning to his old childhood belt, a soft and well-worn leather belt from his hometown in Cherven Bryag, Bulgaria.
After listening to his feedback, we learned that what Karlos truly loved about that belt wasn’t just its durability—it was the comfort and softness of the leather. He described it as feeling like part of his body.
We set out to recreate that feel while maintaining the necessary support for maximum lifts. After testing multiple versions, we finally achieved the perfect balance—an incredibly soft, yet supportive leather belt that feels like it’s been broken in for years, right from the start. This belt is now a key part of Karlos’ training regimen and has helped him break multiple world records.

Nasar Stiff Wrist Wraps
Despite them often being an often overlooked accessory within weightlifting, Karlos sees wrist wraps as vital. Vital for longevity in the sport, but also in his ability to support world records overhead, especially seeing as he is often “a little forward” - his words not ours.
What Karlos needs in order to continue pushing up into the high 220kg - 230kg clean & jerk range and beyond (as he moves into the heavier weight class), is a pair of wraps that are stiffer than anything we currently sell. Our 3mm and 3.5mm wraps are too thick for him and our Lightweight Wrist Wraps are too soft.
As a younger weightlifter Karlos took inspiration from boxing, even using their wrist wraps for his own training. We used that connection as a starting point. What we’ve ended with is a pair of stiff, thin, wrist wraps that provide extreme support while remaining low profile.

Nasar Neoprene Belt
Originally we weren’t planning on including the Neoprene Belt in the Nasar collection because it wasn’t a product that Karlos used. However while filming with him in the mountains of Belmeken prior to the 2024 World Championships he began picking it up and inspecting it.
After doing this a few times he put it on and front squatted up to 250kg/550lb. Over the course of the following few days Karlos would regularly switch out to the Neoprene Belt because he liked it so much.
Ultimately he chose leather, but he decided there and then that he wanted all weightlifters who prefer this style of belt to be involved in his I Win, You Lose range. We added his branding and created one of the most stunning pieces in the collection.

Nasar Straps - House & Elite
Karlos Nasar began using our weightlifting straps, initially the House Straps, back in 2021 in Uzbekistan at the World Championships. Since then he’s sampled multiple variations of leather, different stitching patterns, open-loop, closed-loop…
When it comes down to it the thing Karlos cares most about is having a pair of straps that don’t give up on him. The stronger you get the more your straps take a beating.
At WLHOUSE we use industrial grade kevlar stitching and a dual-ply cotton polyester blend for our straps. It doesn’t get better than that. We’ve added a WLHOUSE x Karlos Nasar rubber patch and chosen his preferred colorway to seal the item within the I Win, You Lose collection.
