For sizing-free items, we’d point you to straps, wraps and tape. These are three items that almost every weightlifter uses in daily training and they’re also lower cost items.

Mid range

If you have a little more room in the budget, we have to suggest The Sofia T-shirt.

It has become a staple WH piece, and the boxy oversized fit will give you a bit more room for error with the sizing. Choose from a range of colours and the men's t-shirt has long and short sleeve options.

The size charts are based off bodyweight, so you just need to find out what weight category they compete in. FAQs

What's the return policy?

Our standard policy is 30 days, but in November we extend all return deadlines until January 25th, so any gifts can be returned without stress.

Note, we don't pay the cost of return shipping for returns or exchanges. Please see our full policy here.

Can the gift recipient arrange exchanges?

We're usually happy to arrange an exchange with the recipient of a gift, assuming they have some details about the original order to identify it, like the order number or purchaser's email address.
