Most weightlifters require thumb tape in order to train pain free, and so to accommodate that need Weightlifting House offers tape that has been used for years by weightlifters at every level.

An additional layer of adhesive ensures the thumb tape remains stuck to your thumb regardless of the weight on the barbell. This adhesive leaves no residue on your thumbs.
In order to apply it with ease we’ve allowed it to tear easily, and its stretch is optimal for allowing a tight wrap and ample thumb mobility for a tight grip on the barbell.

At 24ft/7m in length and 5cm in diameter per roll we offer the most thumb tape on the market per roll.

Weightlifting House thumb tape comes in packs of three. A single roll of thumb tape can last up to a month.

Thumb tape was something I didn't think I needed, until my lifts started getting heavier. I haven't tried any other kinds of tape and I'll never have to. One wrap to each thumb lasts me a whole workout 1.5 - 2hrs and I sweat a lot. I can wrap it tight and it still flexes enough for a hookgrip. It adheres well to itself and doesn't leave any residue after I take it off. Its a must have and I'm definitely glad I got it.
